數(shù)字領航 鏈通全球！ 國聯(lián)股份肥多多亮相南亞東南亞數(shù)字合作大會暨工貿(mào)供需對接活動

　　立足中國與南亞東南亞國家緊密的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作和區(qū)位空間基礎，為推動高水平對外開放，攜手共建數(shù)字信息大通道，構(gòu)建開放共贏的國際合作新格局。8月28日上午，2025年南亞東南亞數(shù)字合作大會暨工貿(mào)供需對接活動在泰國曼谷隆重舉行。
 

　　Based on the close economic and trade cooperation between China and South and Southeast Asian countries, as well as the foundation of regional spatial connectivity, and to promote high-level opening-up, jointly build a digital information corridor, and establish an open and win-win new pattern of international cooperation, the 2025 South and Southeast Asia Digital Cooperation Conference and Industry and Trade Supply and Demand Matching Event was grandly held in Bangkok, Thailand, on the morning of August 28.
 

　　本次大會由云南省工業(yè)和信息化廳、泰國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟促進局聯(lián)合舉辦，得到聯(lián)合國國際貿(mào)易中心、亞太電信組織等國際機構(gòu)支持，來自中國、泰國、巴基斯坦、孟加拉國、尼泊爾、斯里蘭卡、馬爾代夫、越南、老撾、緬甸、馬來西亞、新加坡等南亞東南亞國家政府部門以及國際組織、科研院所、高校專家、企業(yè)高管代表約600人，共同開啟新起點高水平區(qū)域數(shù)字合作新篇章。
 

　　The conference was jointly organized by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Thailand's Digital Economy Promotion Agency, with support from international institutions such as the International Trade Centre and the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity. Approximately 600 participants attended, including government representatives from South and Southeast Asian countries such as China, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Singapore, as well as experts from international organizations, research institutes, universities, and corporate executives. Together, they embarked on a new chapter of high-level regional digital cooperation from a new starting point.

　　IBI's Feidoodoo, as a leading enterprise in China's agricultural inputs digitalization sector, was invited to participate in the conference. Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Feidoodoo, personally led the delegation to attend the event. She engaged in discussions with representatives from various countries to explore new pathways for promoting regional digital economic development.
 

　　一、區(qū)域數(shù)字合作開啟新篇章
 

　　本次大會以“促進區(qū)域數(shù)字合作 助力數(shù)字國家建設”為主題，云南省人民政府副省長劉勇、泰國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與社會部副常務秘書皮亞努·烏提索恩、中國駐泰國大使張建衛(wèi)、中國工業(yè)和信息化部信息技術發(fā)展司司長王彥青、亞太電信組織副秘書長劉子平、泰國商會暨泰國貿(mào)易院副主席汪志廣等嘉賓出席并致辭。
 

　　I. A New Chapter in Regional Digital Cooperation
 

　　The conference, themed "Promoting Regional Digital Cooperation and Supporting the Construction of Digital Nations," was addressed by distinguished guests including Liu Yong, Vice Governor of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China; Dr. Piyanuch Wuttisorn, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society of the Kingdom of Thailand; Zhang Jianwei, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Thailand; Wang Yanqing, Director General of the Department of Information Technology Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China; Liu Ziping, Deputy Secretary General of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT); and Viboon Supakarapongkul, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand.
 

　　云南省人民政府副省長劉勇出席開幕大會并致辭，他表示，習近平主席高度重視數(shù)字領域國際合作，鮮明提出構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡空間命運共同體的重要理念，并在考察云南時強調(diào)要加強大通道建設，讓高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”可感可及。自第一屆南亞東南亞數(shù)字合作大會召開以來，各方開展了卓有成效的系列工作。云南愿與各方攜手，共建數(shù)字信息大通道、共興數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、共筑數(shù)字合作網(wǎng)絡、共育數(shù)字英才苗圃，新起點高水平推進數(shù)字合作。
 

　　泰國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟與社會部副常務秘書皮亞努·烏提索恩對與會各國嘉賓表示歡迎，他表示，泰國重視數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，看重區(qū)域數(shù)字合作，愿秉承開放、包容、共贏的理念，積極參與數(shù)字領域更高維度、更廣范圍、更深層次的務實合作，攜手創(chuàng)造數(shù)字未來，推動區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展邁上新臺階。
 

　　中國駐泰國大使張建衛(wèi)對活動的順利舉辦表示熱烈祝賀，他指出，數(shù)字經(jīng)濟是中國與東南亞、南亞國家新興產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的重要領域，云南省作為連接中國與南亞東南亞各國交通物流、數(shù)字信息和文化交流的重要樞紐，在推動地區(qū)數(shù)字化進程中發(fā)揮著積極作用，希望各方攜手把握數(shù)字化、智能化時代新機遇，取得區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展合作新成果。
 

　　中國工業(yè)和信息化部信息技術發(fā)展司司長王彥青指出，中國政府高度重視與南亞東南亞國家之間的合作，近年來，各方積極推動數(shù)字技術創(chuàng)新，加強數(shù)字基礎設施建設，積極推動數(shù)字國際合作，攜手構(gòu)建開放、公平、非歧視的數(shù)字營商環(huán)境。希望進一步聚焦數(shù)字基礎設施、推動成果普惠共享，完善數(shù)字治理體系、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展韌性，優(yōu)化開放合作環(huán)境，激發(fā)市場內(nèi)生動力。
 

　　亞太電信組織副秘書長劉子平強調(diào)，數(shù)字信息大通道是數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關鍵基礎設施與重要驅(qū)動力，亞太電信組織愿匯聚各方資源，促進區(qū)域互聯(lián)互通、推動技術創(chuàng)新和賦能產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。呼吁各方加強區(qū)域合作，以大通道建設帶動大合作、以大合作激活大市場、以大市場促進大發(fā)展，共筑普惠共享的數(shù)字未來。
 

　　泰國商會暨泰國貿(mào)易院副主席汪志廣對云南積極推動南亞東南亞數(shù)字合作的積極作為表示贊許，商會已將深化區(qū)域數(shù)字合作列為未來重點方向，將持續(xù)完善機制、拓寬領域，助力共贏發(fā)展。
 

　　聯(lián)合國國際貿(mào)易中心(ITC)高級專家穆罕默德·賽義德、緬甸交通運輸部副部長昂覺吞、巴基斯坦政策與法規(guī)總監(jiān)阿西夫·哈利德·謝赫、孟加拉國家網(wǎng)絡安全局信息通信技術司司長穆罕默德·泰布爾·拉赫曼、泰國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟促進局執(zhí)行副總裁普雷桑·洛克瓦丁、云南省投資控股集團有限公司董事長陸曉龍、中國電信泰國公司總經(jīng)理董春光、南亞東南亞數(shù)字合作專家指導組成員中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會副秘書長戴煒等來自國際組織，各國政府數(shù)字部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會及企業(yè)的9位代表作了合作展望，深刻闡述了推進區(qū)域數(shù)字合作的重要意義、重大機遇與共同愿景，紛紛表達了對深化合作的迫切愿望、具體建議和具體方案。
 

　　Distinguished representatives from international organizations, governmental digital departments, industry associations, and enterprises delivered prospect statements on cooperation, including: Mohammad Saeed, Senior Expert with the International Trade Centre (ITC); AUNG KYAW TUN, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar; Asif Khalid Sheikh, Director of Policy and Regulations, Pakistan; Dr. Md Taibur Rahman, Director of the Information and Communications Division of the National Cyber Security Agency of Bangladesh; Preesan Rakwatin, Executive Vice President of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency of the Kingdom of Thailand; Lu Xiaolong, Chairman of Yunnan Provincial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd.; Dong Chunguang, General Manager of China Telecom (Thailand) Company Limited; and Dai Wei, Deputy Secretary General of the Internet Society of China and member of the Expert Guidance Group for South and Southeast Asia Digital Cooperation. They profoundly elaborated on the significant importance, major opportunities, and shared vision for advancing regional digital collaboration, while also expressing a strong desire for deeper cooperation along with concrete suggestions and actionable plans.
 

　　二、合作機制共創(chuàng)與平臺建設
 

　　大會重點推介了南亞東南亞國際數(shù)字港、數(shù)字出海基地及出海綜合服務平臺等重大項目，推動加速構(gòu)建跨境大通道、大合作格局，并推動各國共建信息大通道聯(lián)絡員機制，為深化區(qū)域合作提供機制保障。
 

　　為響應好、落實好各國數(shù)字合作需求，推進共識轉(zhuǎn)化為實際行動，在與會代表的共同見證下，“共建國際數(shù)字港合作網(wǎng)絡”和“青年數(shù)字成長計劃”正式啟動，“南亞東南亞數(shù)字出海綜合服務平臺”上線運行。國聯(lián)股份副總裁、肥多多CEO尹海鳳受邀參與“共建國際數(shù)字港合作網(wǎng)絡”啟動儀式，標志著肥多多正式融入?yún)^(qū)域數(shù)字合作新機制，為未來深度參與跨境數(shù)字經(jīng)濟建設奠定基礎。
 

　　II. Joint Creation of Cooperation Mechanisms and Platform Development
 

　　The conference highlighted major initiatives such as the South and Southeast Asia International Digital Port, the Digital Globalization Base, and the comprehensive service platform for global expansion. These projects aim to accelerate the establishment of cross-border corridors and a broader framework for cooperation, while promoting the joint development of an information corridor liaison mechanism among participating countries to provide institutional support for deepening regional collaboration.
 

　　In response to and in implementation of the digital cooperation needs of various countries, and to translate consensus into concrete actions, the "Jointly Building the International Digital Port Cooperation Network" and the "Youth Digital Growth Plan" were officially launched, while the "South and Southeast Asia Digital Globalization Comprehensive Service Platform" commenced operation, all witnessed by the attending representatives. Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Feidoodoo, was invited to participate in the launching ceremony for the "Jointly Building the International Digital Port Cooperation Network," marking Feidoodoo's formal integration into the new regional digital cooperation mechanism and laying the foundation for its future in-depth participation in cross-border digital economy initiatives.

　　在“數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)合作對接活動”中，肥多多副總裁、印尼運營中心總經(jīng)理劉志遠于“數(shù)字合作展望”環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)表題為《全球農(nóng)資產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺構(gòu)建出海新格局》的主題演講。他指出，南亞東南亞地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)重要地位，當前正處于數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的關鍵階段，對優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)資及現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)服務存在巨大需求。肥多多依托國聯(lián)股份雄厚的技術積淀與平臺運營經(jīng)驗，以“平臺、科技、數(shù)據(jù)”為核心戰(zhàn)略，致力于打造覆蓋化肥、農(nóng)藥、種子、農(nóng)機等全品類的全球農(nóng)資產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺。他強調(diào)，肥多多不僅著眼于貿(mào)易環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)字化，更注重構(gòu)建從生產(chǎn)端到服務端的全鏈條賦能體系。通過整合供應鏈資源、優(yōu)化國際物流鏈路、提供農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)字化解決方案，肥多多持續(xù)推動中國農(nóng)資品牌、技術和服務走向國際。

　　III. Deepening Exchanges in Thematic Areas
 

　　At the "Digital Agriculture Cooperation and Matchmaking Event," Liu Zhiyuan, Vice President of Feidoodoo and General Manager of its Indonesia Operations Center, delivered a keynote speech titled "Building a New Pattern for Global Agricultural Inputs Industry Expansion" during the "Digital Cooperation Outlook" session. He pointed out that agriculture plays a vital role in the national economies of South and Southeast Asia, and the region is currently at a critical stage of digital transformation, with enormous demand for high-quality agricultural inputs and modern farming services. Leveraging IBI's strong technological foundation and platform operation experience, Feidoodoo adopts a core strategy centered on "Platform, Technology, and Data," committed to building a global agricultural inputs industrial internet platform covering fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, agricultural machinery, and other full categories. He emphasized that Feidoodoo focuses not only on digitizing trade processes but also on establishing an end-to-end enabling system from production to services. By integrating supply chain resources, optimizing international logistics networks, and providing digital agricultural solutions, Feidoodoo continues to promote the global expansion of Chinese agricultural inputs brands, technologies, and services.
 

　　He stated that Feidoodoo will further deepen collaboration with international partners to jointly explore new models and pathways for digital agriculture. Guided by the principles of openness, synergy, and innovation, the company will actively participate in building a global digital agriculture ecosystem and contribute Chinese wisdom and platform capabilities to the high-quality development of world agriculture.
 

　　活動最后，在與會代表共同見證下，共建農(nóng)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新中心正式啟動，該中心的啟動凝聚了各方的共識與力量，將成為推動農(nóng)業(yè)科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、加速成果轉(zhuǎn)化應用的重要平臺，助力南亞東南亞地區(qū)乃至全球農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化邁上新臺階。
 

　　At the closing stage of the event, witnessed by all attending representatives, the Joint Agricultural Technology Innovation Center was officially launched. The establishment of this center embodies the consensus and collective strength of all parties involved. It will serve as a crucial platform for promoting collaborative innovation in agricultural technology and accelerating the application of transformative achievements, thereby driving agricultural modernization in South and Southeast Asia and beyond to new heights.
 

　　大會同期舉辦了人工智能、數(shù)字國家、數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)等11場專題活動。肥多多團隊積極參與人工智能、數(shù)字資產(chǎn)、數(shù)字工貿(mào)、跨境互聯(lián)互通等多領域交流，與各國代表共同探討數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新實踐與區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展路徑。
 

　　During the conference, 11 thematic sessions were held concurrently, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, digital nations, and digital agriculture. The Feidoodoo team actively participated in exchanges across multiple fields including artificial intelligence, digital assets, digital industry and trade, and cross-border connectivity, engaging with representatives from various countries to explore pathways for digital innovation practices and regional collaborative development.
